The content of this site, the name Hitsukyo, and the 謐境 mark are the property of Hitsukyo Software Inc. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you.
Accuracy
We describe work that is in progress. Plans, timing, and details change, and nothing on this site is a commitment, an offer, or a guarantee that any product or feature will be released.
No health claims
Hitsukyo makes no health, medical, therapeutic, or wellness claims of any kind. Our audio is entertainment and general-interest listening. It is not medical advice, not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any condition or to affect the structure or function of the body or mind. Nothing we publish should be relied on in place of a qualified professional. If you have a health concern, consult one; in an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Listening safely
Do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or doing anything else that requires your attention. You are responsible for choosing a safe time and place to listen. Listen at a moderate volume — prolonged exposure to loud audio through headphones can damage your hearing.
